IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 TO CONSUME (SMOKE OR EAT) MARIJUANA. It’s illegal even on private property, in your car, or in someone else’s house. You cannot smoke, eat, sell, buy, or share marijuana. If a youth under 21 is found in possession of marijuana, police will seize the marijuana and contact the parents/caregivers. If the person has more than 2 ounces of marijuana, the person can also be arrested.
